Welcome to DAY FOURTEEN of CLASS!

As you can see we are looking at a very different style of simplifying the structure of the head, rib cage, spine, pelvis, and now we are introducing a simplified shoulder girdle. The scapula are at the back of the figure, while the clavicle attaches to one scapula, wraps around the front of the figure, meets the manubrium, transitions into the second clavicle, and travels back towards the second scapula. That is a total of 5 bones making up this structure.

Assignment One

Today's assignment is to practice drawing these five forms, the head, spine, rib cage, pelvis, and shoulder girdle together. These forms are admittedly more difficult than some of the other forms we've looked at. If these are a little too complicated you can go back to a previous example or use your chosen style.
